Chapter 145
The Three She-Dragons
“They haven’t been here?” Du Chen frowned slightly. “Could it be related to the three mysterious women the bigwigs of York Town mentioned?”
Du Chen pondered. Jemison and Bovin were certainly powerful figures; any mysterious creatures capable of preventing them from reaching the rendezvous point must be incredibly formidable. However, with Deboning and over a hundred mighty Grand Matriarchs at his command, he had no reason to fear those three Aberrant Beasts! Even if they were three giant dragons.
And if his classmates were truly in danger, he might ignore others, but Sem was his good friend, his brother. And Annie – no matter what, that poor girl always found herself in peril because of him, even if it wasn’t his intention. In short, he absolutely could not fail to rescue them—even if Sem and Annie had already met with misfortune, he would still avenge his brother!
With this thought, Du Chen said, “Andy, you grew up in the Misty Forest; surely you’re very familiar with this environment. Have you, then, seen a few people who look like this?” He described Jemison and the others’ appearances, then recounted the descriptions of the three women he had gathered from the York mafia.
Andy, lounging lazily on the ground, kept smacking his lips. Hearing Du Chen, he slowly drawled, “Noble and benevolent Master, Andy is hungry, and his mind works slowly. Please let me think carefully!”
This sluggish, pathetic beast! Do we have time for your slow pondering now? Du Chen felt a flicker of displeasure and shot a glance at Harry.
Harry shivered. Damn it, Andy was his subordinate now, and he dared to upset his Master! Wasn’t this just causing trouble for him? “You damned idiotic Snow Wolf, your butler, Lord Harry, will beat you to death right now! You useless piece of trash!” He then pulled a Brick from his backpack and, with a resounding *whoosh*, smacked it onto Andy’s head.
“Ow!” Andy wailed, clutching his head.
“Listen, answer the Master’s question immediately. If you dare to slack off again, the Brick awaits you!” Harry menacingly threatened him—it was the first time he realized how exhilarating it was to bully someone!
“I, I’ve never seen them at all! Ow, stop hitting me! I thought I could scrounge some food just now!” Andy pleaded, still holding his head.
“You dare say you haven’t seen them!? You dare to deceive me for food!? I’ll beat you to death, you good-for-nothing; keeping you is just a waste of food!” Harry once again menacingly brandished the Brick.
Seeing Harry’s raised Brick, Andy, scared out of his wits, quickly stammered, “I won’t dare again! I truly haven’t seen them, but I mysteriously became proficient in several beast languages, and I know many Aberrant Beasts in the Misty Forest. I can go inquire among them! I’ll go right away…”
Du Chen nodded in satisfaction. “Harry, you’ve done well!”
Harry executed a perfect noble bow to Du Chen, saying, “Serving my benevolent and wise Master is the supreme honor of your first servant.”
“Wasn’t it my idea?” Andy grumbled, only for another Brick to land on his head with a *thump*.
Du Chen, consulting a map with Deboning to discuss their route, said, “Harry, I’m entrusting Andy’s training to you. I hope you can quickly train him into an obedient and astute Snow Wolf! He’s far too plump right now; please help him.”
“Hehe, Noble Master, please rest assured. Give Harry some time, and Harry will surely turn Andy into an obedient little dog…”
Shieb stared at Andy with a peculiar gaze, and the Snow Wolf involuntarily shivered a string of tremors.
Harry, having enjoyed the show, took advantage of Du Chen and Deboning studying the map. With a Brick in one hand and a piece of meat in the other, he chuckled, “Come here, give a bow! Do it well, and you get meat. Hmm? You dare to disobey me? Then I’ll reward you with a Brick.”
“Ow!” Andy scrambled on his paws, struggling to prop up his corpulent body, and made a bow with his front paws!
“Excellent, here’s another piece of meat! Now roll over…” Harry thought with a grin, *Haha, I never imagined I had such a talent for ‘dog’ training!*”
Many, many years later, an unsolvable mystery circulated throughout the Three Continents: why did His Excellency, Chris Andy, the Dragon Wolf King of the Misty Forest, renowned throughout the lands, fear the utterly powerless Shieb, Lord Harry, from the bottom of his heart? And why did he become as obedient and docile as a lapdog seeing its master whenever Lord Harry appeared?
Over the next few days, Du Chen had Deboning capture Aberrant Beasts, especially high-level ones, for Andy to interrogate. Finally, on the third day, he received a piece of news from a Level 6 Azure-backed Bear—Jemison, Bovin, and the others had been captured in two separate groups by three extremely hideous, yet incredibly powerful, women.
Moreover, those three women had slain Dragon Peak and usurped his territory!
Du Chen sighed in relief. They were only captured, not killed. That meant he still had a chance to rescue his classmates alive. Ha, another good deed! Even if those three women were also giant dragons, he had Deboning and over a hundred mighty Grand Matriarchs at his command. It would be an easy good deed…
After a day’s trek, Du Chen and his group arrived at the three women’s territory, which was Experiment Base Number Five of the mysterious organization…
Du Chen stretched, then chuckled, “According to that Azure-backed Bear, the three women’s lair isn’t far ahead. You all wait here; I’ll use my Lotus Sacred Artifact to scout the situation first!”
“Young Master, do not act rashly!”
Deboning suddenly stared at a stone tablet, his expression exceptionally grave. “The insignia of Mount Miglio! It’s the insignia of the Royal Dragon Clan of Mount Miglio! Young Master, the three women who captured your classmates are from Mount Miglio, the sacred land of the Dragon Clan!”
“What!?” Du Chen was greatly startled. He had been in this world for almost a year, and while he couldn’t claim to be completely conversant with the common knowledge of the Battle God World, he at least had a basic understanding.
Damn it! It was always the bad predictions that came true. Why did his cursed mouth have to spout nonsense? Not only were those three women truly three giant dragons, but they were three giant dragons from Mount Miglio! What kind of place was Mount Miglio? Eight Hundred Holy Dragon Guards, Thirteen Dragon Ministers, the Four Great Divine Dragons, and the Dragon God who existed only in legends… Damn you, Jemison, have you lost your mind? Why would you provoke such powerful beings!
“Are you sure, Deboning?”
Deboning nodded, pointing at the flame-mountain-shaped insignia on the stone tablet. “The Dragon Clan erects its own insignia after occupying a territory. This is Mount Miglio’s insignia; I wouldn’t mistake it!”
He shook his head at Du Chen. “Young Master, I advise against using your Lotus Sacred Artifact to infiltrate, because… although your sacred artifact can shrink and emits no aura, it would still be the size of a mosquito! And there can be no mosquitoes in the Dragon Lair of Mount Miglio! So…”
So, if he were to shrink with the Lotus and enter, those three giant dragons would immediately detect the anomaly, and a wide-ranging destructive attack would spell his doom!
Du Chen frowned. “Deboning, I need your power assessment!”
“According to the intelligence we possess, those three women are sisters. Therefore, we can directly rule out the possibility of them being among the Four Great Divine Dragons, as only one of them is female. The Dragon God is even more impossible. Thus, I surmise they are second or third-generation dragons. Based on the Azure-backed Bear’s description of the three she-dragons’ power, I am inclined to believe they are second-generation dragons!”
Deboning paused. “If they are dragons of royal lineage from the second generation, Young Master, if you choose direct confrontation, I can slay one, and the Red Phoenix Battle Formation can surround and kill the other two. However, we would have to pay a heavy price, with a high probability of ten to twenty casualties within the Red Phoenix Battle Formation!”
“No, we absolutely cannot engage in direct combat. The Grand Matriarchs would not risk their lives for me now! Moreover, we cannot afford Mount Miglio’s furious retaliation!”
Du Chen rubbed his nose and slowly said, “Dragons… first, they love glittering treasures; second, they highly value their reputation; third, they are naturally lecherous… hehe!”
Deboning didn’t understand why Du Chen laughed, but the three points he mentioned were dragon characteristics known even to children, especially the third point… Deboning looked at Du Chen’s handsome face with golden hair, blue eyes, and an aquiline nose…
“Right, and one more thing: they respect the strong!” Suddenly, Du Chen pointed at Andy. “From now on, your identity is my Divine Pet! Whatever happens next, just keep your mouth shut and speak little! Deboning, we shall openly and honorably visit the three Dragon Misses!”
…
In a grand hall lavishly decorated like a royal palace, One-Eyed and Big Tooth were grinning as they scrutinized Jemison, Bovin, and Du Chen’s four classmates! “Oh, that Brockman we caught a few days ago, he was truly delightful, especially with how desperately he resisted, haha… He made us sisters linger, almost forgetting to greet you!”
Big Tooth licked her lips, nodding with a lewd chuckle. “Indeed, it’s been a long time since we’ve encountered such handsome human males, haha, hahahaha…”
“Shameless!” Annie stared at them coldly, thinking, *When we were captured a few days ago, these three female giant dragons encountered a young man whose grace and temperament were only slightly inferior to Francis. That unfortunate man introduced himself as Brockman, and thanks to him, these three inherently licentious dragons didn’t focus their attention on us…*
*Poor Mr. Brockman, you are truly pitiable, to have fallen into the hands of these three ugly women, known for their ‘inherent dragon licentiousness’…*
As Annie thought sympathetically, the eldest of the dragons spoke again, “Second Sister, look, how should we divide these people, hmm?”
The two women’s lustful gazes swept over everyone. The lecherous old Bovin was directly skipped. Jemison, an effeminate sissy with a long ponytail, clearly lacked masculine aura. Sem was too short, Jason too fat, and Annie was a girl… Hey, there’s this guy with a watermelon haircut and glasses; he looks like an innocent young boy!
“I want him!” Both pointed at Porter simultaneously.
“Me? No, please, I can’t!” Porter panicked, but he was bound and could only watch as the two ugly women approached him with lewd chuckles.
Just then, Second Sister rushed in, looking flustered. “Big Sister, Third Sister, stop playing! Someone has trespassed into our territory, and… oh, I can’t explain it clearly, you’ll have to come outside with me to see!”
The three women shoved Jemison and the others into the dungeon and headed to the entrance of the base. In the distance, they saw Du Chen and his group approaching.
“Such a handsome man! I want him!” “Such a magnificent man! I want him!” The First and Third Sisters exclaimed in unison. Their eyes were fixated on Du Chen!
Second Sister anxiously said, “Don’t you feel it…?”
“We only see him…” The First and Third Sisters pointed their fingers at Du Chen, but their voices suddenly froze, because…
Among that group, a snow-white Aberrant Beast emitted a terrifying aura. With every step forward, the three sisters felt as if a heavy hammer struck their hearts.
“Big Sister, Third Sister, did you feel the aura of that Aberrant Beast?” Second Sister asked solemnly.
Third Sister nodded, uncertainly saying, “It seems, it seems like our Dragon Clan’s unique Dragon’s Might, but he just looks like an ordinary wolf!” She then sensed it more carefully and suddenly gasped, “No! This isn’t pure Dragon’s Might; I couldn’t possibly mistake the innate talent of my own species! So what is this!?”
“It’s Dragon’s Might! But a mutated Dragon’s Might!” First Sister stated firmly. “Do you remember the legend of our Uncle Constantine, one of Mount Miglio’s Five Great Divine Dragons, the most powerful Divine Dragon?”
“Uncle Constantine was banished from Mount Miglio before we were born, wasn’t he? How could he be connected to this peculiar Aberrant Beast?”
“Why was Uncle banished!? Because he fell in love with Sophia, the Frost Saint Wolf!” First Sister nodded gravely. “Now, there’s no news of Uncle and Sophia, yet a wolf possessing such powerful Dragon’s Might appears before us! Sisters, what does this signify!?”
“He, he’s our cousin!?” Second and Third Sister were both too stunned to speak.
“It’s possible, but I can’t be sure yet! Also, pay attention: this Aberrant Beast is actually walking behind that handsome golden-haired man. Heavens, could it be that he has become that person’s Divine Pet!?” First Sister was stunned by her own discovery.
“Is it that handsome man holding a child? Impossible, he looks…” Third Sister began.
“Damn it, don’t be fooled by his appearance. To remain unfazed, even without any reaction, within our formidable triple Dragon’s Might domain, this golden-haired man must be a top-tier expert who can freely conceal his aura, at least at peak Level Nine! And look at the little girl he’s holding… this child isn’t even afraid of Dragon’s Might! Also, look at that tall one; he’s also a true master, an expert whose hands are stained with countless blood—you can tell from his eyes! His strength is definitely not inferior to any of ours! But he should merely be an attendant to that handsome man.” Second Sister analyzed very rationally.
“How could so many super experts come here? Big Sister, we…”
“If we can avoid a fight, we should avoid it. Let’s politely welcome them! We are noble dragons, and they are powerful beings; they deserve our respect. As for the rest… let’s figure out their background first!”
Du Chen’s scalp tingled, and cold sweat streamed down his back. It was solely by relying on his Lotus Internal Force that he managed to pretend to be nonchalant under the imposing aura of the three she-dragons.
“Which of Mount Miglio’s giant dragons do we have the honor of addressing?” Du Chen asked with his hands clasped behind his back. Although his bearing adhered to all standards of noble etiquette, the arrogant demeanor of a master could not be concealed…
