Within the ancient Star Tower, in the Outer Region Battlefield.

Inside the grand hall.

Luo Feng, alone, first issued a command to Heavy Arrow King through the Virtual Universe: “Heavy Arrow, sense my location and teleport your God Kingdom here.”
