Chapter 311

Rescue

In the wilderness area, Luo Feng and his eight servants waited silently.

“Luo Feng, that bunch of scoundrels must have shielded their signals and are using stealth systems, so they can’t be found by any national monitoring systems.” Babata sounded annoyed. “Huh? Wait a minute!”

“What is it?” Luo Feng’s heart stirred.

“I found… an intelligent system invading the entire Earth satellite network. Hehe, and it’s just a little guy!” Babata sounded very excited. “Oh, I found it. This level of intelligence should be a beginner-tier intelligent optical computer, and the geographical location of its access port to Earth’s network is in Brasilia Base City, South America.”

“South America?” Luo Feng grinned slightly, a cold smile playing on his lips.

Whoosh!

A spaceship appeared out of thin air beside them, its hatch opening automatically.

“Depart!” Luo Feng commanded.

The eight servants immediately followed him into the spaceship.

Even with Luo Feng’s speed, flying from Asia to South America would take a while, but with a cosmic spaceship, it was incredibly fast! Just like the Nuolanshan family’s ship, Luo Feng’s spaceship naturally shielded its signal and had self-stealth capabilities. In terms of technical prowess, with Babata’s assistance, Luo Feng’s ship was far superior to anything the Nuolanshan family possessed.

South America, Brasilia Base City.

The spaceship hovered approximately sixty kilometers from the manor occupied by Tuolei Wu and his team.

“Remember, no one is to leave my side by more than a hundred meters,” Luo Feng said, looking coldly at his eight servants. “Also, no one is to make any sound, understand?”

“Understood,” the eight servants replied.

“Very good, let’s go.” Luo Feng was the first to fly out of the hatch, with the eight servants following behind.

The nine figures swiftly flew towards the manor.

It was likely that no one in that elite squad could have imagined that, despite their technology far surpassing Earth’s, their whereabouts would ultimately be discovered because the access port of their intelligent optical computer was detected. There was no helping it; compared to Babata, that intelligent optical computer’s capabilities were simply too inferior.

“That’s the manor up ahead,” Babata reminded him.

Luo Feng and his eight servants hovered in mid-air.

However, the light around them twisted strangely, creating a visual stealth effect. Although the nine of them were suspended in the air, the people on the streets and in the residential districts below couldn’t see them at all. This ‘stealth’ was purely an optical system-generated visual invisibility. For powerful individuals, however, if they were close enough, they could still sense the opponent’s aura.

“Babata, have you detected the situation inside?” Luo Feng pressed.

“My detection system has a range of 20,000 meters. Don’t you know where my warning and detection system came from? It was salvaged from the Yunmo Star!” Babata was extremely confident. Back on Mist Island, it relied on this warning system to detect the strength, potential, and even brain-domain width of every human from a distance.

The Yunmo Star!

Huyan Bo’s personal vessel! How advanced was its warning and detection system? Detecting a group of Ninth-tier Stellaris was simply too easy.

“Tsk tsk, they even set up defensive alarms? Haha, in front of me, that’s a joke.”

“Oh, look. Fifteen Ninth-tier Stellaris, nineteen Eighth-tier Stellaris, twenty-six Seventh-tier Stellaris. A total of sixty Nuolanshan family members. The captives… oh, they are the leaders of the five major nations, and your wife Xu Xin, and your younger brother Luo Hua.” Babata effortlessly detected everything.

As long as the distance was within 20,000 meters (20 kilometers), everything could be clearly detected.

“Sixty people?” Luo Feng frowned slightly.

Fifteen Ninth-tier Stellaris, and forty-five Seventh-tier and Eighth-tier Stellaris.

Their strength was twice that of his own side!

Luo Feng didn’t know…

That one of their squads, consisting of 20 people, had already left Earth in a spaceship, heading to the coordinates Luo Feng had set, preparing to search for the Golden Horn Behemoth’s corpse.

“Babata, give me everyone’s exact location, the entire manor’s layout, and everything else,” Luo Feng said, knowing that rescuing them required extreme caution. Even a small mistake could lead to irreversible regret.

Just a moment later.

“From now on, I will transmit instructions to you through your auxiliary optical computers.” Luo Feng’s gaze swept over the eight servants. “Be extremely careful.”

“Understood, Master,” the eight servants replied in low voices.

“Move out!” Luo Feng, through Babata, sent instructions to the auxiliary optical computers of the eight servants.

The eight servants made no sound, following Luo Feng as he flew towards the manor. Moments later, the nine of them arrived at the foot of the courtyard wall.

“The four of you stay outside the courtyard wall, ready to provide support,” Luo Feng instructed.

Four of them nodded, not daring to speak.

“The rest of you, follow me.” Luo Feng remained silent, only issuing commands.

Luo Feng and the other four quietly began to enter the vast manor. Fortunately, with Babata’s reconnaissance and warning system, every movement of anyone within the manor was under control. However… Luo Feng and his team still dared not be careless, even controlling their heartbeats to temporarily stop. After all, the weakest of their opponents were Seventh-tier Stellaris.

They were all extremely vigilant individuals!

Even a heartbeat could draw their attention! Controlling one’s heartbeat to temporarily stop was not difficult. Apprentice-level warriors’ heartbeats already slowed significantly, and Planetary-level warriors could stop their heartbeats for half an hour. Not to mention Luo Feng, a First-tier Stellaris psychic. He could even crush his own heart without any ill effects!

“Someone is coming this way; they’ll probably discover you in 1.1 seconds.”

“Someone is coming down the stairs 52 meters to your left.”

“Ahead…”

Babata’s constant reminders kept Luo Feng and the five others incredibly tense and cautious.

In the manor, outside a lavish room on the third floor of one of the buildings, two Ninth-tier Stellaris warriors stood guard.

Inside the room.

Tuolei Wu sat cross-legged, reporting the situation to his family in the virtual universe.

“Ancestor, the Nuolanshan Guard ‘Rongzhi’ has led a small squad to the destination and is expected to arrive in 15 days.” Tuolei Wu stood ramrod straight, his eyes filled with excitement and reverence. On the screen before him was a figure, none other than the man with the highest authority in the entire Nuolanshan family!

Tuolei Wu was extremely proud and excited.

What an honor it was to meet the family’s founder. One should know that even the elite Nuolanshan family member ‘Pula’ only got to see Nuolanshan for the first time because of this incident.

“15 days?” Nuolanshan’s lips curled slightly under his cold eyes.

“Very good, you are currently holding the position of ‘Captain’ of the Nuolanshan Guard, aren’t you?” Nuolanshan asked casually.

“Yes, Ancestor,” Tuolei Wu replied respectfully.

“Once this matter is concluded, you will be promoted to the rank of Commander,” Nuolanshan stated directly. “And you will be awarded a First-tier family medal.”

The Nuolanshan Guards and similar positions were for outsiders, so the highest status they could typically achieve was Nuolanshan Guard Commander! Of course… if one reached the ‘Cosmic-level,’ even the Carlo Empire and Silverblue Empire would be vying for their services. Remaining with the Nuolanshan family would naturally grant them an even more esteemed status, comparable to the family head.

Tuolei Wu’s face lit up with joy, and he quickly said, “Yes, Ancestor!”

“Be careful with the Earth Lord’s hostages you captured on Earth; don’t let anything go wrong,” Nuolanshan reminded him.

“Ancestor, absolutely nothing will go wrong, I guarantee it with my life!” Tuolei Wu was brimming with confidence before his Ancestor.

Nuolanshan nodded slightly.

He was very satisfied with his subordinate’s diligent work.

“Luo Feng, 150 meters ahead of you is where the leaders of the five major nations, Xu Xin, and Luo Hua are being held.”

“You can’t get any closer now. That building is the most heavily populated with warriors in the entire manor. Out of the sixty members of the Nuolanshan family squad, thirty-two are in that building, including nine Ninth-tier Stellaris.” Babata reminded Luo Feng. The entire manor was vast, but other buildings had fewer occupants.

Luo Feng continued to approach.

“The detention area is guarded by two Ninth-tier Stellaris,” Babata warned. “Everyone else, stay a bit further from the guarded room.”

Luo Feng’s mind stirred, and his Moyun Combat Armor quickly covered his face.

This was for safety, and also because he didn’t want the Nuolanshan family to know that Luo Feng was the one doing the rescuing.

“150 meters. You are all Ninth-tier Stellaris. In cosmic space, your flying speed can reach 150,000 meters per second. On Earth, due to air resistance, it’s much slower. But it’s still 50,000 meters per second. I now require you to reach the room 150 meters away at maximum speed.”

“Two of you are responsible for distracting the guards. The other two are responsible for rescuing the people.”

Luo Feng’s instructions were transmitted to the auxiliary optical computers of the four individuals.

The four servants all nodded.

“Then…” Luo Feng looked at the building ahead, his eyes narrowing slightly. “Move out!”

Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!

Four Ninth-tier Stellaris, and Luo Feng!

The flying speed of the four servants was around 50,000 meters per second. Although Luo Feng was only a First-tier Stellaris, relying on his Third-tier psychic weapon, the Duntiansuo, and his powerful consciousness, his speed still exceeded 20,000 meters per second!

Inside the guarded room.

Xu Xin, Luo Hua, and the five national leaders were scattered throughout the room, with only blankets spread on the floor.

“What are you looking at?” A guard sat on a chair, sneering at the leader of the European Union, pointing and scoffing, “Someone like you, a national leader? But I have to say, your Earth is such a small place, yet you’ve created so many nations! Primary cosmic nations have several star systems, millions of life planets—”

His words had barely finished!

Boom!

The wall suddenly exploded!

A burly giant with a lion’s head, clad in Combat Armor, burst in first, instantly appearing before the guard.

150 meters distance, 50,000 meters per second? What kind of concept was that?

Faster than the blink of an eye!

Because it was so fast, many times faster than the speed of sound. By the time the two guards sensed a powerful aura, the four servants were less than 10 meters away from them, followed by an instant clash!

“What?!”

Luo Hua and Xu Xin’s eyes widened.

Whoosh! Whoosh!

Two Moyun Vines suddenly swept around them, their leaves wrapping around the two individuals.

Luo Feng controlled seven Moyun Vines, each enveloping one person. One should remember that the Moyun Vine on Mist Island had numerous long vines, let alone Luo Feng’s Moyun Vine, which had now grown to ‘Third-tier Stellaris’ level. In terms of growth speed, Luo Feng’s vine was indeed very fast.

At least…

Much faster than Luo Feng’s human body cultivation.

“Catch them!”

“Quick!”

The entire manor instantly exploded, and a visible shockwave roared outwards in all directions, not only leveling the entire manor but also causing significant damage to the surrounding residential areas and streets, turning many instantly into rubble. The previous incident at West Lake Villa was different because West Lake Villa itself spanned several kilometers.

This manor, however, was not that large.

Moreover, last time, the attacks were primarily directed at the castle. This time, however, it was a group of Ninth-tier Stellaris freely attacking each other, and some attacks that were dodged naturally struck the ground.

“Catch that blood-armored man!” Tuolei Wu shot into the sky like lightning.

He immediately saw in the distance a blood-armored man (Luo Feng) with seven Moyun Vines extending from him, wrapping around seven people.

“No need to see us off.”

A cosmic spaceship suddenly flew down from the sky, its hatch already open. The blood-armored man, dragging the seven individuals, swiftly rushed into the hatch.

Whoosh!

The cosmic spaceship instantly vanished.

In terms of speed… the speed of a cosmic spaceship was immeasurably faster than a Ninth-tier Stellaris.

“Lead them to the Pacific Ocean, here are the coordinates.” At the same moment, Luo Feng sent instructions to the auxiliary optical computers of his eight servants.
