“Hmm?” Luo Feng then stepped forward to stand alongside Chaos City Lord, looking down. Below, currents of air swirled, and palaces could vaguely be seen.

“All the Immortal Gods of my Virtual Universe Company reside here,” Chaos City Lord said, looking down with a sigh. “The countless palaces on Thunder Island belong to those Immortals. The palaces on the mountainside of the central mountain range of Thunder Island are where Universe Venerables reside, and the palaces at the mountain peak are for Universe Masters. Some extremely powerful Universe Overlords also live at the peak.”

“But the quotas for our Human Race’s Highest Council are determined jointly by the Human Race; my Virtual Universe Company alone cannot decide that,” Chaos City Lord explained.

“I understand,” Luo Feng respectfully said.

“Build a palace?”

Why are you wandering on the mountainside?” If it were an ordinary Immortal, they wouldn’t even be qualified to fly around on the mountainside. Even the servants within the Universe Venerables’ palaces only moved within the confines of their respective palaces.

“Chaos City Lord instructed me to find a spot on the mountainside to build a palace,” Luo Feng said.

Jiujian Venerable was stunned.
